Results Fitness is excited to bring back our popular Summer Athlete Camp, designed for athletes ages 12 and up who want to improve speed, strength, agility, and overall athletic performance in a fun, supportive environment. Whether your child is just getting started in sports or already competing at a high level, our expert coaching team meets them where they are and helps them level up safely and effectively.
At Results Fitness, we believe athletic development starts with learning how to move well. Our camp focuses on proper movement mechanics, posture, footwork, coordination, strength training, and injury prevention — all while helping athletes become stronger, faster, and more explosive for their upcoming season.
What makes our program different is our coaching experience and personalized attention. Our trainers have worked with organizations like Nike, Gatorade, and Purdue University, and we’ve helped athletes of all levels gain the edge they need to stand out in competition and tryouts.
The six-week camp runs June 15 through July 24 on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays from 1:30–2:45 PM. Athletes will experience high-energy workouts, team challenges, and a motivating atmosphere where performance meets fun.
For families looking for even more individualized support, Results Fitness also offers flexible summer training memberships to help teens learn proper weight training techniques and stay active all summer long.
