Stevenson Ranch Branch Manager Ashur Betmaleck – Logix Federal Credit Union
Stevenson Ranch Branch Manager Ashur Betmaleck continues to lead with a strong commitment to helping Logix Federal Credit Union members achieve their financial goals.
“Since starting my career in banking in 2008, I’ve seen firsthand how important trust and relationships are in this industry,” he said. “During my nearly 14 years with Logix, I’ve had the opportunity to connect with members at every stage of life, from opening first accounts for their children to helping them prepare for retirement. Being part of those milestones is what makes this work so rewarding.”
That commitment is reflected in the feedback his team receives.
“When members take the time to share their experiences, especially when we’ve helped them save money or feel supported, it reinforces why we do what we do,” he said. “Accessibility is a big part of that. Whether someone walks in or calls, we make it easy to connect with a real person who’s ready to help.”
Beyond the branch, Betmaleck and his team remain deeply engaged in the community. Each holiday season, the Stevenson Ranch branch supports local families through toy drives benefiting the Michael Hoefflin Foundation.
“Our team genuinely cares about the people we serve. Being involved in the community is just as important as the service we provide inside the branch,” he said.
Outside of work, Betmaleck brings the same energy and curiosity that defines his leadership style into his personal life. A self-described foodie and fitness enthusiast, he values balance, including staying active in the gym and enjoying new culinary experiences. His adventurous spirit has led him skydiving five times, and more recently, he has developed a passion for international travel, with trips to Mexico and an upcoming European cruise expanding his global perspective.
He also cherishes time with family and especially enjoys being an uncle to his three nephews, a role that keeps him grounded and adds to his appreciation for building strong, lasting relationships.
Betmaleck continues to lead with purpose, bringing a people-first mindset, broad perspective, and unwavering commitment to delivering value for every member he serves.
