The Brittany Foundation Finding Their Forever Home – October 2026

A non-profit humane organization dedicated to the rescue and rehabilitation of homeless dogs, has several dogs for adoption.

Fluffy
Fluffy’s glow-up deserves a round of applause. This sweet boy arrived here from the Santa Clarita shelter in 2024 as a rescue-only pup who was unsure of the world around him. With a little patience, a lot of love, and plenty of time, he has blossomed into a playful, lovable volunteer favorite. At 4 years old and 35 pounds, this Golden and Spaniel mix is ready for someone special to discover just how great he is. Fluffy is the kind of dog you get to know over time, and we would love for his future person to spend some time with him here at The Ranch. He may take a little time to open his heart, but the friendship waiting on the other side is worth every second.

BB
BB is waiting for someone who sees the wonderful dog he is becoming. He may take a little time to warm up, but with patience, kindness, and consistency, his sweet personality shines through. Around kids and other small dogs, BB shows his happiest, most playful side. Every pup waiting for a home needs a fan club, and BB is ready to add you to his! Become his sponsor and cheer him on while he waits for his forever family.

Vera
Vera has been waiting her whole life for someone to see just how special she is. Before coming to us, she lived in several different homes due to divorce and hardship before being surrendered to the Santa Clarita shelter. There she was labeled a rescue-only pup because she was scared. Now, Vera happily lives with other little dogs and is adored by everyone who knows her. She is the perfect mix of cuddles, energy, and silliness. Vera has captured the hearts of everyone at The Ranch, but now she’s hoping to capture yours.

Sonny & Cher
Some duos just belong together, and Sonny and Cher are one of them. This sweet bonded pair was in the Santa Clarita shelter in November, then ended up at a boarding facility before we were able to step in and give them a safe place to land. Now they are ready to find a forever home where they can continue their adventure together. Sonny is a 13-pound Pomeranian-Chihuahua, and Cher is a 9-pound Pomeranian-Chihuahua, both around 2 years. Possibly and probably brother and sister. They are friendly, loving and full of the kind of charm that makes you smile instantly. They bring the friendship, the fun, and the love. All they need is a family to share it with.

Chip
Chip is three years old, 80 pounds, and full of love, loyalty, and playful energy. This sweet bully-breed boy has gentle eyes and a big heart, but he also needs structure and guidance to reach his full potential. He is looking for an experienced adopter who understands strong breeds and can provide patience, consistency, and a calm, confident presence. Chip will do best in a home without small pets or young children. With the right person, he will reward you with unwavering loyalty, endless companionship, and a best friend for life.

Marlowe
Marlowe was brought to the South LA Shelter in January 2023, abandoned by the only family he had ever known. He had little time left there before we welcomed him to the Ranch, where he has now been for 3 years. Every day, Marlowe greets everyone with excitement, goes for his walk, and then enjoys relaxing with his fellow senior friends. Peri-Peri
Nine years old and still waiting for his moment. Peri-Peri came to us as a rescue-only pup from the Castaic shelter in December, and we’re surprised he hasn’t been scooped up yet. This sweet Shih Tzu mix is playful, affectionate, and always ready for an adventure. He enjoys long walks, spending time with volunteers, and showing everyone his wonderful personality. Peri-Peri may be happiest as your one and only, but he has more than enough love to fill your heart. Could you be the special person he’s been waiting for?
