On Thursday, December 17, the City of Santa Clarita and members of the City Council welcomed Retro Bill, a national celebrity spokesperson for the D.A.R.E. program. Retro Bill was on hand to present local S.T.A.R. program Sheriff’s Deputies with his latest instructional video about the D.A.R.E. program for use in the Santa Clarita classrooms. Retro Bill is one of the most popular k-12 motivational speakers in the U.S. and a frequent presenter and speaker for the Law Enforcement and Educators Training Conference.
