Last time we said that key to losing weight is appetite control. This time, I want to talk about eating habits. First, you should eat less, but without changing eating habits it is difficult to lose weight. Oftentimes those who are overweight have slow metabolism and this may have been caused by thyroid problems or low body temperature. Cold organs especially cause the low temperature, which causes them to have low-temperatured abdomens. See if you apply to this situation by putting your warm hand on your lower abdomen. Does your hand feel warm to your stomach? If it does, you may have cold intestines. People with cold abdomens usually have a bad habit of drinking cold things, especially with ice. This worsens the coldness in the organs. This habit must be changed from cold to warm because cold abdomens often cause slow metabolism. In order to override the slow metabolism in losing weight, warm liquids and food, rather than cold, must be consumed. Even cold fresh vegetables should be microwave for about 30 seconds to lessen the intestinal coldness. Ice cream and fried food must be avoided as well. Remember that eating habits determine what you weigh. Adding one more thing that helps in losing weight in addition to eating habits is of course, exercise. In exercising, it is important to keep active but it is especially important to sweat a lot for at least 45 minutes. Losing weight is not playtime. It is war. Without the mindset to go to war against weight: if you don’t kill it, it will kill you. Professional guidance will help you win this war. Win the war so you won’t regret it.
