Dear Molly Maid Inc.,
My 75 year-old father, Bob Goodman, has consistently received outstanding service from his Santa Clarita Molly Maid team, but this month, the team’s performance far exceeded our expectations.
During their recent visit, Teresa and Veronica noticed that my father, Bob, had been in bed during their entire visit. Concerned, they informed Marcelina Gonzales, their supervisor. Marcelina visited him the next day and, after seeing his condition, she used her personal mobile phone to call us in Florida. She let us know that she was concerned about him. Marcelina’s decision to visit him and then to wheedle our phone number out of my stubborn father probably saved his life. We immediately contacted his neighbors and they ultimately called an ambulance and he was admitted to the hospital that night with advanced pneumonia. He’s on the road to recovery, but I really wanted you to know how amazed, thankful and blessed we feel by the Molly Maid team. John Smith certainly has an excellent group of people taking care of his clients, providing much more than excellent residential cleaning. Marcelina even visited Bob in the hospital and continues to check in on him and keep us posted!
