The client lies on the table fully clothed with their shoes off. The practitioner lays their hands on the client or slightly above the client depending on the location of the chakra. The practitioner is then used as a conduit for this energy to flow through allowing the client’s chakras (energy vortexes) to open. When the chakras are open and energy is flowing freely through the body then the body’s internal healing process can start to take place. The client usually feels extremely relaxed and often falls asleep as this is a calm and soothing process.
