The Sportsmen’s Lodge is hosting a special Father’s Day Brunch on Sunday, June 20. Father’s Day will be fun for the whole family, as the restaurant will offer a variety of hot and cold entrees, including seafood, specialty salads, fresh breads and desserts. A special guest will be there for the kids, in addition to pony rides and a petting zoo.
The Sportsmen’s Lodge will offer a Breakfast Line with such items as: eggs benedict, cheese blintz, double smoked bacon, link sausages, Belgium waffles and more. There will be an omelet station and salads, including the chef’s special, mixed green, Caesar and oriental, as well as selected seasonal fresh fruit.
Hot entrees include fresh baked fish with chef’s special sauce, barbeque beef ribs, chicken marsala, carving station featuring honey slow-roasted ham, turkey with gravy, leg of lamb with mint jelly and prime rib. The Seafood station will include snap-and-eat crab legs, whole poached salmon and cocktail shrimp.
The Dessert Station will include assorted cakes, cheesecake, pastries, cookies, and ice cream. Assorted dinner rolls, muffins, croissants, Danishes and bagels. Champagne and other beverages will round out the meal.
As a special tribute to dad we are including a barbeque station on the patio. Barbeque beef ribs, baby back ribs and barbeque brisket, grilled kilbasa sausage, corn on the cob and baked beans, hamburgers and hot dogs for the kids too!
Seating for the Father’s Day Brunch will run from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. Children under 9 and under eat free. A $5 discount per person is offered if the entire person is seated before 10:30 a.m.
