Come share a beautiful experience at Bella Cucina, where you can encounter divine culinary enjoyment and the true essence of Italy. From the gorgeous murals on the walls, to the Tuscan feel right when you walk in, you will be whisked away with authentic aromas and flavorful foods.
I was greeted with a smile and nearly fell in love with the intimate atmosphere of this new location. The cozy ambiance can make for a perfect date or even a family dinner.
I began the food review at the restaurant with Bella Cucina’s famous garlic rolls, and there’s no doubt they are utterly delicious. The warmth of the rolls coupled with olive oil was absolutely heavenly!
After enjoying a glass of lovely Poggio Basso Chianti, the Chicken Tequila Fettuccine was brought out. A popular dish amongst customers, I was excited to try it. Fresh, tender juicy chicken breast with red and green peppers and onions, sautéed in a delicious homemade tequila lime sauce, sounded so good, but tasted even better. This meal bursts with flavor and was, by far, my favorite of the afternoon. I will, undoubtedly come back for more.
Next on the menu was the Penne Alla Vodka. This too, is another customer favorite and I’m not surprised why. A juicy grilled chicken breast, with red pepper flakes, tossed with creamy pink vodka sauce, it was very traditional and very tasty. This dish can also be served with shrimp for an additional fee.
As I sipped some more delicious wine, the Baked Penne Arrabbiata was brought out. This meal was not only pleasing to the eye, but also delicious to the taste buds! Mouth-watering Italian sausages and capers baked in a spicy tomato sauce and topped with mozzarella cheese, this meal was both flavorful and filling.
And lastly, though I didn’t think there was room for more, the Osso Bucca was served. As I sunk my knife into the roast, I realized the meat was so tender and perfectly cooked; I couldn’t wait to take a bite. And I was happy I did. It was flawless and seasoned to perfection. With a side of saffron ristto coupled with grilled vegetable, you will savor every bite.
Owners Jay and Roza Hamzehei, have combined their Canyon Country location and Old Road in Valencia location to a single Saugus location on Seco Canyon Road. Not only is it more centrally located for their customers, there is also ample parking a spacious glass enclosed patio to enjoy the beautiful weather Santa Clarita has to offer, and a full service bar including a new special menu made for martini fans. And while the scenery has changed, the delicious authentic Italian cuisine has not. The food is made to order and it’s only made fresh with high quality ingredients.
Take advantage of their lunch buffet Monday through Friday. For only $8.99 you get to select from a salad bar, pastas, soups and dessert. You can’t beat the price and the quality.
