Every Tuesday night, from July 6 to the 27, the Westfield Valencia Town Center converted their “Town Square” into an outdoor stage where families were able enjoy some live music, participate in exciting raffles, and sample some sweet treats from shopping center restaurants. The first two bands to perform were The Wonderellas and The Disco Kings who brought the audience classics from 50’s all the way to the groovy sounds of the 70’s. Skinny Little Twits got the audience moving on the third week, performing some classic 80’s rock. The last band to perform was local Santa Clarita band, August Rising, who belted out some original songs for the crowd. In addition to the upbeat entertainment, the Westfield Town Center selected the Child & Family Center as this year’s non-profit charity partner. The foundation was the beneficiary for all donation and raffle tickets sold.
