Restaurants come and go. But there are those that become parts of our lives. Places attached to our memories. The family gatherings, first dates, or quiet refuges. Sisley is a restaurant that became apart of our lives.
Sisley is family owned and operated since 1989. Their first location in Los Angeles was an immediate success.
The city they chose as a follow up to expand their exciting new brand was Valencia. In 1993 they opened what remains their largest location, and became an inseperable part of the Santa Clarita Community.
The families who dine at Valencia quickly become personal friends of the Sisley community. Many of the caricatures sketched on what we call our “Celebrity Wall” feature longtime customers who we wove, quite literally, into the fabric of our establishment. Some of the menu favorites were inspired by the tastebuds and preferences of our customer base.
Sisley is bringing us new menu items, while keeping the classics, evolving our tastes with our customers – the dishes. We can chose to evolve our eating habits to include less carbohydrates and more healthy protein driven plates, and even have a vegetarian meal that we will swear was really meat!
We see major celebrities, sports legends and our neighbors with regularity, and the Sisley Kids Cups have their permanent place in all our cupboards.
