Hey there loyal readers! This month at J.R.’s Comedy Club we have one of our most requested comedians, Bobby Collins. Bobby became famous from hosting VH-1’s Comedy Spotlight. He took over the show from Rosie O’Donnell. He has become an all time favorite on the KLOS five o’clock funnies. He will be at J.R.’s for three big shows on September 3 and 4.
Then on September 10 and 11, we will have one of the hottest young comics in the country, Andrew Norelli. Andrew recently appeared on Comics Unleashed, and has been on fire ever since.
On September 17, we are having a special fundraiser for the Brittney Foundation. They are a very wonderful organization that tries to find homes for unwanted animals. We love the chance to help them. We do lots of Fundraisers at J.R.’s. Here is how we do it. The organization can sell up to 100 tickets. They then keep half of the ticket sales. Add a fifty-fifty raffle, and raise over $1000 for your organization or your cause. Call us to get more details, or to put one together.
The week of the Brittney Foundation fundraiser, on September 17 and 18, we will have Pete George. Pete is a world-class guitar player, as well as a terrific comedian.
Finally on September 24 and 25, we will have the very funny Jeff Capri. Jeff is one of our favorite comics. He has been all over the world performing for our troops.
