Chef Tyler is a local College of the Canyons graduate of 2016. He’s had experience working in a variety of kitchens, and has worked and trained under Michelin star chefs. Ralph has a passion for both beer and food. He is a trained Cicerone level one and a Le Cordon Bleu graduate of 2005. He’s had 10 years of experience as a cook and executive chef and spent 5 years in the craft beer world, before settling at the Newhall Refinery. Together they’re excited and ready to bring fun, fresh food to Main Street.
