Well it’s November and time to give thanks. I want to say “Thanks” to a bunch of people today. Thanks to all of the incredible comedians who have crossed our stage this year. We have been lucky to have some of the all time greatest.
Thanks to everyone who made our first Celebrity Golf tournament for the Santa Clarita Homeless Shelter, a huge success. Thanks to our loyal customers who keep coming back and bringing new people. Thanks to Marie Callender’s for providing us a home for the last 12 years.
We are bringing you a big moth of comedy in November. On November 5 and 6 we have Tim Jones, who has one of the sharpest wits of anyone you will ever see. He has been on HBO and Showtime, and will be joined by Brian Scolaro, making his first appearance at the club.
On November 12 and 13 we have Jack Mayberry, who has appeared 24 on The Tonight Show, with both Jay Leno and Johnny Carson.
November 19 and 20 we bring you Greg Otto and local favorite Nehl Bobal.
Then on Thanksgiving week, we have the return of Larry Miller, one of the great comedians of all time. Larry has been on every talk show ever, including The Tonight Show, Letterman, HBO, Bill Maher, and Adam Corrola. He has also appeared in the movies Pretty Woman, Best in Show, 10 Things I hate About You and Waiting For Guffman. He loves J.R.’s so much he is working out his one-man show at our club.
We are also producing a very special fundraiser show on November 13 at The Santa Clarita Performing Arts Center with Criag Shoemaker, “The Lovemaster.” Proceeds will go toward a Santa Clarita couple who are fighting to keep their adopted child.
