We are indeed Hollywood’s backlot, a place where the stars roam and reside. And every once in awhile we catch a glimpse of the celebrity stardom. Thank you, Santa Clarita, for all your sightings. The stars are out!
She’s the beautiful, funny and down to earth model, Kendra Wilkinson, and she was seen at the grand opening of the new Carmela Louise Café in Saugus. I must say Kendra is just as beautiful in person as she is on television! I couldn’t believe it!
Kendra is well known for her role on the E! reality television series The Girls Next Door, where she was one of Hugh Hefner’s three girlfriends. Kendra is now married to NFL star Hank Baskett and they have an adorable little boy, baby Hank. Kendra was at the café to support Chef Laurie Rodgers, owner of Carmela Louise and former personal chef to Hugh Hefner and Kendra. Santa Clarita residents Elyse and Brianne Asmar from Joie de Vivre Photographie were lucky enough to take a photo with the superstar.
If I recall correctly, our next celebrity sighting comes from one of our youngest sighters yet! Adorable little Darby Jo, just shy of one year in the photo, sighted American martial artist and actor Chuck Norris. Chuck was a martial arts star, winning many championships and even founding his own school Chun Kuk Do. Chuck has appeared on many films where he stars alongside Bruce Lee and also played the lead role in the television series Walker, Texas Ranger. Pictured with Chuck is his brother, Aaron Norris. Aaron is the youngest brother of Chuck and is an American film producer, director and actor. Aaron also holds a black belt in Chun Kuk Do.
