Sierra Crest Center (SCC), A 70,000 square foot, 4.3-acre strip center is more dynamic and vibrant than any strip center in Santa Clarita. Despite its inspiring energy, some businesses folded or relocated out of state due to the harsh economic environment. Therefore, SCC has space available for lease.
We are 97 percent leased but would like to be 100 percent. SCC is a strong proponent of Community Support. We encourage our tenants to conduct business with each other. We look at the center as a microcosm of our city, our county our state our country. SCC is occupied by people from all corners of the world who are trying to live the American Dream. We need and do support each other. Our tenants not only interact, but also refer clients to the other business in the center. If one business prospers we all benefit. The on site management encourages cooperation and mutual benefit for all. Management responds to all tenants concerns no matter how large or small, in a timely manner. We show that we care about their business. In turn, since the rents are competitive, the businesses are loyal to the Center.
Aside from ordinary offices, the businesses we are proud to have as tenants are Charter Career College, restaurants such as Telly’s delicious Greek Cuisine; Las Delicias and Taco Bell, serving Mexican food; Smok’n Joe’s BBQ Pit with its great ribs, Tri-tip, BBQ beans with more on the healthy high protein high fiber menu that has something for everyone; Man’oushee Bakery, serving the best Mid-Eastern food; Kenneth Frank Law office, who does not fit any cliché about lawyers, Dazzling Beauty Salon, where women don’t gossip they just converse; Express Body Parts, Firestone /Bridgestone & EX Lube where you can leave your broken car while getting a bite in one of our restaurants and comeback to a safer fixed car. If you prefer to drive a lawnmower, have it serviced at Protech or recuperate at Vargo Physical Therapy or work out with Patrick of Great Health Solutions who gives personal attention who knows so much about diet and exercise that it would put Arnold to shame and have your taxes done at the same time with BNSB Financial Services or take care of your insurance needs with either Farmers or State Farm.
