One of the best ways to live happy and healthy life is to check your health by getting in tune with your body.  In this article, I’ll mention two of them in my seven-part series. 

 

1. How about your appetite?

A person’s energy can be refilled by his/ her daily consumption of food.  How much food one consumes closely depends on his/ her degree of craving for food.

Your appetite reflects your current health condition.  In other words, when you are in good health mentally and physically, there is no way of losing your appetite.  Simply because you want to regain your energy by taking more food, you shouldn’t rely on digestive pills.  Finding the causes for your lost appetite must be identified first and it will help you to find the cure more easily.

2. How about your sleep?

If you have trouble sleeping well, you will find some changes that take place within your body.  First, you will lose attention frequently and have a problem with body coordination.  Second, your nerve systems will be in a tension mode and your liver function will become slow.  Here are some tips on how to sleep well.  Go to sleep early and get up early.  If you wake up early and start your daily routine, you will feel tired and get sleepy at night.  It is quite simple.  Going to bed at a certain hour during the night regularly is a key to promote a good night’s sleep.  You should not take pills or alcohol.  Anything chemical in your body will harm your natural body systems to some degree.  In case these methods don’t work for you, then try acupuncture therapy and herbal treatment. They will cure your sleepless night.
