The Sierra Hillbillies Square & Round Dance Club celebrated their 44th anniversary of promoting our American folkdance in the Santa Clarita Valley on September 9 with a dance called by Dale Hoppers and rounds cued by Cindy Mower.
There were over eight squares on the floor with 36 club members and 33 guests who joined in the fun, door prize drawings, dancing, and lavish refreshments of the evening. The club also sponsors square dance classes basic through plus offered by the Santa Clarita Parks & Recreation Department.
