Every Wednesday at MIXERS we celebrate the art of fine wine! Our passion for great wine has led us to a carefully selected library of almost 100 unique bottles. We would love nothing more than to continue expanding this list, but unfortunately we are running out of space… so, we need your help! Everyone’s palette is different and just because we love a specific wine doesn’t mean that everyone else will feel the same… I am a big fan of California Pinots; fruit forward, easy to drink. Now my partner Louise would drink a true Italian red any day of the week – full body, earthy and not recommended for those first time wine drinkers. Yet there are Italians I love and pinots she swears by! All I am saying is that there are no two wines that are interpreted the same by any two people, so every Wednesday we pour a complimentary tasting of three different wines. Try all three and share your thoughts! We love to know our guest likes and dislikes. We also invite many local producers in like: Pulchella & Les Deux Chats, to share the fruits of their labor. Every week is a new adventure in wine!

She runs a local wine column in SCV’s élite Magazine and runs a popular educational website at evewine101.com. Each week Eve picks a bottle from our complimentary tasting as her personal favorite and shares the wine’s unique personality with guests. Her keen senses lend an enlightening view on the grapes journey from vine to wine! Also, ask your server for suggested food pairings, different flavors; sweet and savory, have the ability to completely transform the taste of your favorite wine.
