The Ladies’ Club at TPC at Valencia held a member’s Rally for the Cure golf tournament on December 4, 2011, in support of Susan G. Komen. Komen for the Cure is the world’s largest grassroots network of breast cancer survivors and activists fighting to save lives, empower people, ensure quality care for all and energize science to find the cures. 
The community came together to support the cause with sponsors/donors to include: Silgan Containers, Pride Collision Centers, Wirenetics, Butler’s Pool and Spa Service, The Ed Sullivan Family, Terry and Karen Campbell, Valencia Country Club, TPC at Valencia, Robinson Ranch Golf and CBS/Warner Bros.
TPC Ladies Club raised nearly $100 per golfer for a net donation of approximately $4,000 to Susan G. Komen. Team 10, including: Ed Sullivan, Marius Swart, Nina Coulombe and Tami Stice, were the winners of the tournament! A great time was had by everyone who attended and it’s events like this that will continue to help Komen become the largest source of nonprofit funds dedicated to the fight against breast cancer in the world!
