Cheers @ All Corked Up has re-opened and is now under new ownership! Come wine and dine in a quiet and intimate setting, while trying out their Latin infused selection of delicious dishes, indulging in their delectable brunch menu, or enjoy a glass of wine. You won’t be disappointed.
Owners Carolyn, her aunt Theresa Rivera and Al Robles have partnered up to create an enjoyable atmosphere for everyone to enjoy. “We serve a variety of Latin American food,” states Carolyn. “We have traditional Puerto Rican dishes, serving up seafood, steak and chicken as well. We have a little bit of everything.”
There is something for everyone at Cheers @ All Corked Up. Beginning June 6, they will have food and wine dinners and international themed nights. “Twice a month we will set aside a Wednesday from 6 p.m. until 8 p.m.,” states Carolyn. “We will have an Italian night, for example, where we will prepare the food and show you the proper wine pairing with each course. Every course we give will be from a different region.”
New to Cheers @ All Corked Up is their delicious brunch menu. For only $29.95 for adults and $12.95 for kids, you can enjoy yourself to a buffet, with a variety of foods and drinks to choose from. “It’s fresh and it’s homemade,” states Carolyn, “and the adults can enjoy mimosas with their brunch.”
Cheers @ All Corked Up is located at 26340 Diamond Place, Suite 100 in Santa Clarita. They are open Monday through Thursday from 11 a.m. until 3 p.m. for lunch, and dinner hours are from 5 p.m. until 10 p.m. Fridays and Saturdays, they are open from 5 p.m. until midnight (kitchen closes at 10 p.m.) and Sunday they are open for brunch from 11 a.m. until 3 p.m.
