In 1962, local citizens voted to bring State Water Project to our Valley. The Agency was organized as Upper Santa Clara Valley Water Agency, and then renamed in 1970 to Castaic Lake Water Agency.
On Thursday, April 26, the Castaic Lake Water Agency celebrated their 50th birthday (officially April 24). Guests gathered and celebrated the local water wholesaler’s 50 years in service with light refreshments.
