This article is a continuation of my seven-part series of checking your health. I will conclude the series next month.
3. Do you get irritated very often?
Chronic tension and stress can cause irritation and can sensitize people. Mental tension results in dizziness, headache, poor memory, fatigue and indigestion. Proper exercises helps us avoid chronic tension and stress in everyday life.
4. Are you satisfied with your number of daily exercises?
A normal adult urinates five to six times a day. Excessive or insufficient urination signals a problem in your health.
A light yellow color of urine indicates that you are in good shape. However, the color of urine may change in cause of excessive perspiration, exercise and consumption of beer. If you notice a sudden change in your urine color without any specific reason, consult with a doctor. Intestinal and gastro enteric disorder often cause diarrhea or constipation. Therefore, you can self-examine the state of your intestine and stomach through the color change of feces. A sudden change in feces’ color could signal you have a problem in your health system.
5. Is there any irregularity in breathing and pulse?
In a normal condition, a baby’s respiration is around 40 to 60 per minute and 20 to 30 for a child and 15 to 20 for an adult. If the frequency of breathing goes higher than these figures, he or she begins to feel uncomfortable and choked up. The number of frequency in pulse, the level of tension, and regular movement of beat clearly reflects the condition of your heart.
If you’re constantly aware of your own pulse rate, you can easily tell the abnormality of your body. For example, you can detect a rise if your temperature reaches 104 degrees Fahrenheit, your pulse increases 10 times a minute every 2 degrees Fahrenheit increment. Be aware of your body if the level of tension and regularity occur frequently. Normal body temperature is 97 degrees Fahrenheit, but it changes to a slightly lower temperature at night and higher during the day.
