Although well known for our Chicago Style deep dish pizza, with the succulent diced tomatoes, we also specialized in numerous pastas such as our home made lasagna. With a secret recipe brought from Italy in 1973 by one of the founders of Numero Uno, it has become a tradition of our own, filled with mozzarella and romano cheese, pair with our unique and rich meat sauce layered with lots of noodles, and our own garlic bread, just delicious!
We have been at this location for over 19 years and throughout the years we have develop many remarkable relationships with a lot of our customers and it’s great to see that even though Santa Clarita is growing immensely and there are many options for every kind of restaurant, we still have customers that enjoy our lasagna, we are told periodically “don’t change a thing”. It’s amazing to see that specially around the holidays when families come back home to Santa Clarita to see their love ones, we are still a popular gathering place for great pizza and pasta, we have been known to be the first stop from the airport on their back home, People tell us all the time “I wish there was a Numero Uno by my house”. Unfortunately for reasons beyond our control we are not allowed to open any Numero Uno restaurant outside California, thus in the words of our own customers come and enjoy what has become not only a Santa Clarita experience but a California one as well.
