On October 12 at noon, Mimi’s in Valencia, a 34-year-old French-inspired neighborhood bistro, re-opened with a new restaurant concept – Mimi’s Bakery, Café & Bistro featuring a new French bakery, gourmet coffee program, carryout section, grab-and-go display, full-service bar and bistro.
Guests were on hand for the ribbon cutting and also got a sneak peek at the new store design and menu.
