On November 16, Beyond Harmony Med Spa held an event to launch their new Restylane, Perlane and Dysport Rewards programs which began in November. It will allow their clients to accumulate rewards with each purchase through December of 2013.
Each guest who made a purchase was given a raffle ticket toward free Dermalfillers, Dysport and European Facials. Asked why they have decided to start their own rebate program, owner Rosemary Murphy stated, “We usually have great rebates from the manufacturers of these products, but things are pretty much on hold this year. Our clients wait for specials around holiday time and we didn’t want to disappoint them. If the manufacturers decide later to put new specials in place then our clients will be rewarded twice. And our loyal clients will get bigger rewards every time they make a purchase throughout the entire year.”
The event was an opportunity for new clients to come and ask questions about all of the treatments offered at the spa as well. “We like to create a social environment for people to get the information they need without feeling like they are on the spot to make a commitment at that moment. A nice glass of wine and good nibbles help them to get to know us better and creates a comfort level for when they do come in for services,” said Murphy. “It’s also great for people who are considering these treatments to meet and talk to our actual clients and to see real results.”
Apart from injectables, attendees were also given free skin consultations and got answers to their questions about specific facials, massage, body and cellulite treatments and laser services. The spa will hold another informative open house some time in early spring 2013.
