Results Fitness supported the Sheila R. Veloz Breast Imaging Center and Breast Cancer Awareness during October in support of Breast Cancer Awareness Month.
Members and staff donated $8,590 toward the cause. The Sheila R. Veloz Breast Imaging Center was created through the experiences of breast cancer survivors, patients and their families. The goal is to improve access to breast imaging services by making it easier for women to have their annual mammograms, and to reduce the anxiety associated with breast cancer detection.
