It is the most wonderful time of the year….Baseball season has finally arrived! April 1 marks opening day for Major League Baseball, and for me, there’s nothing greater than the excitement of the arrival of the new season. The crack of the bat, the smell of the grass, fans cheering for their favorite teams…it just doesn’t get better than that! Don’t forget Santa Clarita, that SCV Dodger Day is on April 27!
Just as baseball has arrived, so too have the stars. Thank you for all your celebrity sighting submissions. I always enjoy reading the emails and seeing the photographs of you with some of your favorite celebrities. Santa Clarita is most certainly a hot spot for the stars!

The KTLA Morning News wouldn’t be the same without the fun loving Gayle Anderson. Gayle began reporting for KTLA in 1993 and is a fan favorite.
KTLA was out in the SCV collecting canned goods for the Los Angeles Regional Foodbank. Santa Clarita residents Makenna Woernley and Bekki Gutierrez stopped by to donate and also had an opportunity to snap a photo with the news reporter and Michael Flood, President/CEO of L.A. Regional Foodbank.
KTLA must love the SCV as Emmy award winner Lynette Romero, reporter and anchor for KTLA Morning News was seen outside Executive Realty in Santa Clarita. Kim, of PK’s Chocolates snapped a photo with the news reporter. “Lynette Romero is truly the nicest person,” states Kim, “and she has since stopped by our store again.”
Get those cameras ready, Santa Clarita! You never know which star you’re going to run into. And don’t be shy – take a photo with your favorite celebrity and be sure and share your brush with fame with us! Do you have a celebrity sighting to tell and photo to share?
