Simple and delicious.  Unique and affordable.  High quality foods and full of flavor. Once you try Rustic Eatery, you will be addicted.  While owner Min Han has already made his name in this valley with the popular Fish Tail Grill in Valencia, over the last six months he has continued to serve up delicious flavors at Rustic Eatery, a truly perfect place to casually dine and enjoy a good meal.
Each meal is inspired by different cultures of the world, combining the freshest ingredients, daily.

“We, at Rustic Eatery, focus on flavors, not flash,” states owner Min. From warm homemade soups, to delicious starters and specialties, you won’t be disappointed.  Indulge in perfectly baked artisan breads that are baked daily to ensure freshness.  Enjoy savory, slow roasted meats, a variety of salad dressings, cheeses and more, or treat yourself to their perfectly flavored hand cut fries or sweet potato fries.
The menu is quite simple.  You can pick your style, (from sandwiches, salads, rice bowls or plates), pick your protein, from mouth-watering tri tip roast or rib eye, chicken breast or thigh, grilled pork belly or fried tenderloin cutlet, tasty grilled or fried shrimp or for the vegetarian, the grilled or fried tofu.  Next, pick your marinade, from Hawaiian Sea Salt, fresh ground pepper, sweet and spicy red chile or sweet soy sauce.  There is something for everyone, and with so many flavors to choose from, your taste buds will thank you!
Not only will you get to experience the delicious tastes at Rustic Eatery, but there is also a feeling of family at the restaurant.  Customers are not only enjoying the meals, but also the warm and inviting ambiance and friendly customer service.
Rustic Eatery is located at 25343 Wayne Mills Place in Valencia.  They are open daily from 11 a.m. until 9 p.m.   Whether it’s lunch or dinner, you can also call in your order, or even placing your order online.
