Barely a month old, Newhall Refinery is already the talk of the town, complete with an energetic atmosphere and effervescent vibe.  Owners Simon and Shannon Mee, also owners of the Egg Plantation, are there to greet you with a smile, alongside restaurant manager, Alex Mclaughlin.  With reclaimed oak and beechwood and adorned with wrought iron hardware, Newhall Refinery’s look and feel is truly one of a kind in the Santa Clarita Valley. 

Just as the atmosphere will “wow” you, so too will the menu.  Twenty beer taps pour only premium craft beers available in our town and the bottled beer list is a beer aficionado’s “best kept secret”.
Pleasing to the eye and the taste buds, the menu serves up some of farmer’s markets’ best, with house made breads, buns and desserts, house ground sausages and burger patties, pickles and a variety of sauces made from scratch.
