Enrique is an executive chef with more than 20 years of experience. Rosarito Grill is known for their intoxicating blend of grilled onions, tomatoes, steak and French fries…it’s the Peruvian Lomo Saltado combined with delicious aji, “best in town, salsa.” Tuesdays are great to visit Rosarito Grill as we serve our Taco Tuesdays for only 99 cents. Our enormous “Monster Burrito” is definitely worth a try. It’s huge and served with your choices of steak, chicken or pork. You will find a little bit of Latin America right here in Santa Clarita Valley, with all the flavor and charm, but none of the travel time, hassle or expense. We’re open Monday through Saturday, 11 a.m. to 9 p.m and Sunday, 11 a.m. to 8 p.m. We provide full variety of catering services to meet your needs.
