Owner Oak Sangmanee, Le Cordon Blue Culinary graduate and former sous chef at the Hyatt Regency Valencia is excited to bring Gyu-Kaku to Santa Clarita. “Cooking is my passion,” states Oak. “I’ve always wanted to open a restaurant, and because I am also a Valencia resident, it seemed fitting to introduce Gyu-Kaku to our neighborhood.”
Grill up your meal just the way you like it. Each table is equipped with a smokeless grill where customers can cook a variety of quality dishes to savor and indulge. Gyu-Kaku’s beef is sliced into bite sized pieces and are USDA choice grade or higher. Not only is their meat fresh, they also offer 21 day aged beef, seafood, poultry, lamb and vegetables for the grill. Their signature dish explodes with flavor—tender Harami Skirt Steak marinated in Gyu-Kaku’s original miso sauce. Also on the menu are dishes already prepared by the kitchen such as the Gyu-Kaku salad, topped with a mustard miso soy dressing and sizzling hot stone pot sukiyaki bibimbap. Quench your thirst with sake, otherwise known as rice wine, or with soju, a Japanese distilled spirit similar to vodka. Draft and bottled beers are available as well.
Your meal wouldn’t be complete without a delicious dessert. In Gyu-Kaku style, be sure and grill up your own s’mores, with melted marshmallows, chocolate and graham crackers. Perfect for the taste buds.
