We are a family owned restaurant that prides ourselves in using only the best ingredients. Inspired by her late mom’s cooking, Poonam Parashar had always dreamed of opening a restaurant and serving the recipes passed down her family through generations. Thank you for helping her realize this dream.

On Sunday, September 7, Parashars’ Indian Kitchen joined St. Claire’s Church, serving food alongside other restaurants for the “Raise Your Glass for Charity” event.  We had a lot of fun and people really enjoyed the food.
We also had the pleasure of serving food on Tuesday, September 9 at Westfield Town Center in order to benefit and honor our veterans. We thank you for your service and it was an honor participating.
Cystic Fibrosis is a topic very dear to our family and we would like to raise awareness to this debilitating illness. CF is an inherited chronic disease that affects the lungs and digestive system and can cause life threatening infections and keep enzymes in the body from breaking down and absorbing food (Cystic Fibrosis Foundation). Join us on Saturday, November 15 at Parashars’ Indian Kitchen for an all day fundraiser in order to benefit the Cystic Fibrosis Foundation. We sincerely hope you mark this in your calendars and we hope to see you alongside us, fighting to make CF no longer stand for Cystic Fibrosis, but stand for Cure Found.
Parashars’ Indian Kitchen is located at 28112 Bouquet Canyon Road in Saugus.  For more information, please call 661-263-2300 and visit www.ParasharsIndianKitchen.com
