Since we opened our doors, we have noticed many people unfamiliar with Indian food and spices, and hesitant to try it. In our kitchen, we use 25 to 30 herbs and spices in our food. These ingredients are also very healthy, benefitting the heart, skin, and much more. Our main spice is turmeric, which we use in each and every dish.

Others include cumin seeds, black peppers, cinnamon, cardamom, and dhania powder, just to name a few. In most of our dishes, we use fresh garlic, ginger, onions, and tomatoes. Ask us about our people-friendly ingredients next time you stop by!
We specialize in vegan, vegetarian, gluten free, and non-vegetarian food. We are able to alter the food as you like to fit any diet or allergy, just ask us a few hours a head of time! However, our original recipes will take just 15 to 20 minutes. Not only do we pride ourselves with excellent service and quality, but also our speed.
On Saturday, November 15, we had a fundraiser for research for Cystic Fibrosis, in support of Andrea Polak and her team for the 2015 Valencia Great Strides. We had a full house and the fundraiser was a success!  The Parashar Family would like to thank each and every one of you for participating in our fundraiser for this great cause.
