Rainbow Supermarket, however, is a big challenge, and a challenge Moe is ready for. “I am excited to open Rainbow Supermarket, and am up for the challenge. Rainbow Supermarket is a full service international market, including foods from South America, Central America, the Middle East, and Asia, to name a few. “We have the finest in meat, including halal meats,” states Moe. “We also have a wide variety of fresh seafood and garden fresh produce at incredibly low prices.”
Rainbow Supermarket is located at 19387 Soledad Canyon Road in the Canyon Center Shopping Center, in the same center as Big Lots and TJ Maxx. They are open daily from 8 a.m. until 10 p.m.
