Cake decorating is a fun sweet hobby that makes lots of people happy. The smiles from children when they see a simple cupcake with sprinkles. To the elaborately decorated cake that adds the finishing touch to a bride and grooms wedding day. These are all sweet labors of love.

Most of us have played with our food in one form or another, but taking some basic classes in decorating is the best way to prefect your skills. Watching the Youtube videos are fine but in a classroom full of beginners you will learn so much more from each other. Starting with the same project and ending with different colors and styles, all with your own personal touches.
In our basic cake class you will learn to fill, crumb coat and flat frost a cake. In the five-week sweet journey you will learn eight different flowers, borders and trims and 3-D figure piping.
Our special in January is a “Sweet Treat For a Friend” with one paid class fee of $50, you can bring a friend for free. Learning is more fun when you have a friend, sister or mom to share it with.
Classes will be starting Tuesday, January 13 from 9 a.m. to 11 a.m. or Wednesday January 14 from 7 p.m. to 9 p.m. Supplies are extra.
