If you have dust or a particle in your eye, you feel pain whenever you blink and sometimes you can’t even open your eyes without tears. If you get this kind of dust in your eyelid or eyeball, you still have the pain even after you get rid of it. Especially in the case of a mote on your black spot in your eyeball, it might cause infection through the mote spot, so you have to remove is as soon as possible.
Otherwise, you can try these first-aid steps before you visit a doctor.
1. Soak your face in clean water in a bowl, and then blink several times until the mote comes out.
2. Wipe out the eyelids with sanitary cotton or a piece of clean cloth softly. Don’t pick up too hard since it might easily hurt your eyeball.
3. Bring a sterilized hair down through your eyeball lightly. After you take the particle out, put some eye drops into your eye.
4. If you put some peppermint around your eyes, you should shed tears a lot, which might be able to take a mote out.
After you get rid of a particle, if your eye does not hurt too much, use a warm stone for compressing with your eye closed.
These treatments are from Oriental folk remedies, so it seems to be new information for you, but they are worthy of being tried when needed.
