You won’t be disappointed!

There’s much to do and see in Old Town Newhall…Here are some to enjoy during the summer months!  While we all anticipate the weekend after a long workweek, Thursdays bring Santa Claritans much joy with all the events during Thursdays@Newhall!
ArtSLAM with JAM Sessions
First Thursday of the Month  • 7:30 p.m. to 9:30 p.m.
Located on Main Street, between Market Street and 6th Street
Don’t miss ArtSLAM every first Thursday from March to October. ArtSLAM is a free open-air gallery combining local and regional artists into a once a month pop-up gallery experience, including live and interactive opportunities along with culinary demonstrations.  Dance to the beat, play an instrument, and experience something unexpected with JAM Sessions, fun, interactive music and dance events hosted by the Ford Theatre Foundation.
Revved Up
Second Thursday of the Month • 7 p.m. to 10 p.m.
Located on Main Street, between 8th Street and Market Street
Be sure to attend Thursdays@Newhall’s newest event, Revved Up, every second Thursday from March to October. Revved Up is a free monthly car show with a unique twist. Instead of hosting a traditional classic car show, each month will feature a niche car genre…think Classic VW, Traditional Rods and Customs, and more. Check out beautiful restorations, sweet modifications, and exceptional craftsmanship while enjoying gourmet food trucks and a beer and wine garden.  Don’t forget to vote for your favorite car as part of the People’s Choice and Peer Choice Award.
SENSES
Third Thursday of the Month  • 7 p.m.
Main Street, between Market Street and 6th Street
The third Thursday of each month will keep the momentum going with the return of SENSES. The themed block parties will feature popular performers, gourmet food truck and themed activities in a fun and festive adult setting.
June 18 – Let it Ride at this Vegas-inspired block party complete with dealer tables, showgirls, and magicians. Listen to classic 80s rock and pop tunes from After Party.
July 16 – The holidays came a few months early as Main Street celebrates Christmas in July. Groove to current hits and sing-a-long to favorite holiday tunes with The Replicas.
The fun continues every day of the week in Old Town Newhall with events like the OutWest Concert Series, presented by SCVTV.
Live ticketed music performances in Old Town Newhall on the fourth Thursday of each month. The tradition of entertaining and engaging performances in an intimate setting continues at the Repertory East Playhouse. Listen to well-established musicians, as well as new and emerging vocal artists and music groups in Western genres. Tickets can be purchased by calling 661-255-7087. For more information about the series visit OutWest.  Tickets: $20 each per show
June 25 – Miss Devon & The Outlaw
As the 2013 and 2014 Western Music Association Duo/Group of the Year, Miss Devon and the Outlaw, in true western style, could be stirrin’ up the most dust between here and the chuckwagon camp!
6th Annual Classic Car Show
On June 28, join Old Town Newhall Association for a day of fun beginning at 9 am. From Lyons Avenue to 6th Street, enjoy food, local exhibits, craft vendors, live music and fun!
The excitement doesn’t end in June…Gear Up for Our Nation’s Birthday Celebration Next Month!
