Five teachers representing the five school districts in the Santa Clarita Valley are now being featured in a new commercial sponsored by Uniserv. The commercial is part of a new campaign directed by the multi-district teachers’ union to bring awareness to the community of the role teachers play in the lives of children on a daily basis.

The director was Lenny Dodge and the Account Manager Cheryl Hawkins.
The five teachers — Maureen Teague (Sulphur Springs School District), Chi Kanagi (Newhall School District), Samantha Dusenberry (Saugus Union School District), Bruce Brotz (Castaic Union School District) and John Ahart (William S. Hart Union High School District) were photographed in their classrooms on a typical school day. The commercial will be shown at the Edwards Theater in Valencia for approximately three months.
