A Healthful Holiday Season

Happy holidays are upon us, and that means we just finished off the Thanksgiving leftovers and it time for latkes, cookies, brisket, ham, cocktails and presents. I cannot wait for all the holiday get togethers’, parties and seeing if my family still recognizes me.  Dr. Lavian, myself and of course our wonderful staff wish for all of you the best holiday season.  We hope that after all the celebrations that your health will be what you consider thinking of next.
Please keep us in mind as we like to keep our patients on their toes, upright and mobile. Also we have helped some our SCV marathoners and runners compete and complete the race this year congratulations to all. Way to go!
