 It’s taken me a long time, but I’ve finally accomplished my goal: excellent installers across the board.  Installers that have been with me for years, some for decades.  We have managed them to their peak performances.  They love being so good at what they do and they love being the best.  We all love and appreciate our customers and want to do our best for them.
Today, all of the major garage door manufacturers make similar quality products.  When you buy a new garage door, the most important factor to the long life of the door is how well it was installed.  Is the door perfectly level?  Are the tracks at the same height?  Was the door lubed?  If you have a repeated problem, you have an installation issue.  We still have thousands of doors working that we installed prior to 1994!  Not bad for a $699 investment!  Choose a company that has a long history of successfully installing garage doors, and check their reviews.
Check out a company’s review on Yelp, Angie’s List and the BBB.  Check the contractor’s state license board (cslb.ca.gov) to make sure their license and insurance is up to snuff.  If they hold up in all of these areas (as we do), you will probably have a professional, good experience.
