Crafting a Studio of Beauty – Ceramic Artist Studio, Inc. (CASI)
Whether you a professional artist or just looking for a fun, relaxing way to spend your Saturday afternoon, Ceramic Artist Studio, Inc. (CASI) is a true haven for Santa Clarita residents looking to try their hands at one of the world’s oldest art forms. With more than 2,200 square feet of space, top-notch equipment, state-of-the-art potter’s wheels, kilns and supplies, SCV’s premier ceramics school is the place to go to relax, create and satisfy one’s craving to be creative. Dedicated to teaching, CASI offers fun and informative pottery classes for every level, from the curious novice to a studio membership.
“We offer a pottery school and artist studio, where all levels of ceramic artists can gather and create with clay, in a space with a friendly and safe atmosphere,” said Owner Rima Raulinaitis. “We provide high quality supplies and equipment, so everyone can produce their best work. We strive to be a vital part of the community, sharing our ideas and knowledge with those seeking growth and memorable experiences.”
And customers appreciate both Rima and her studio.
“I consider CASI as my home away from home,” says a current customer. “All of the students and staff are welcoming, encouraging and kind. I started as a complete beginner and now have the ability to make all sorts of ceramic items for me and to give as gifts. Plus, working with clay is relaxing and rewarding. The facility is clean and well run by Rima. She is always there to offer encouragement and helpful.”
