General Manager and Partner Bill McClendon states, “We have an engaged and energized staff who keep it professional and personal at the same time. Customer Relations Manager, Susan Gaytan started with Keyes Automotive in 1998, and then moved to Lexus of Valencia when the dealership opened in 2000.  “There’s a mutual respect, understanding and camaraderie among the employees.  Bill is a great mentor who looks out for both the employee and the customers. We have a world class product and world class facility,” says Susan. 

Parts Manager Gabriel Aguirre has been with Lexus for 14 years, moving to Valencia when the dealership opened.  He loves the people and the environment, and has won the President’s Trophy three times for exceptional service. “Bill is one of the best bosses ever.” Customer Relations Receptionist Shella Orv grew up in the Santa Clarita Valley and is the first person customers see when they come into the dealership.  “We’re a close team,” Shella writes, “And we get along and help each other without expecting anything in return.”

Married couple Bryce (Finance Director) and Jolene Adcock (Service Concierge) has been with Lexus for seven and a half years.  Together, they enjoy the quality of the product, those they work with, and the customers they serve.  Bryce states, “I’ve been in the car business for 32 years and this is the best place I’ve worked.” 

Sales Manager Mike Fligg, has worked in the car related industry for most of his professional life.  In 1994, he was number one in sales in the world with Ford, selling 432 cars, averaging 37 cars a month.  He’s been watching Lexus for years, buying his first Lexus in 1990, always recognizing Lexus as a standard of excellence.
General Sales Manager Todd Ruthman has worked with Bill for over 17 years and started with Lexus when it opened eight years ago.  He has had a long-term professional and personal relationship with many of the people at the dealership.  Todd stated, “Excellence starts at the top, with Mr. Keyes and Bill McClendon.  They care about everything—the business, the customers and the employees.”

Sales Manager Dennis Murray has been with Lexus for a year and a half, but has 18 years experience in the automotive industry.  “We are a straight forward and honest company with a state of the art facility and the best cars in the world” says Dennis.  Service Manager Derek Hindigian has been with Lexus of Valencia for one and one-half years, but in the automotive industry for 21 years.  He has worked every aspect of service—from technician to dispatching to service advisor and now service manager.  “SCV is a great community.  Our goal is to be the best in the industry.”
