Holiday Selling Season is upon us!

 I know, I know.  People think that the holiday season is not the right time to sell.  Let me share that this year is one of the unusual years in that rates remain low, inventory remains somewhat tight and there is still an abundance of activity.  Based on all the factors we are seeing, the fourth quarter looks bright for those of you looking to buy or sell a home.  In order to make a decision however, it pays to be informed on the pros and cons in front of you.
Less homes for sale means greater demand for yours when selling – as long as the pricing, location and overall condition are in line. You can wrangle in the buyers who want to buy in 2016 but haven’t been able to find that perfect spot yet.  Interested rates will help you on the buying side too so you can move up more comfortably if that’s your desire or any relocation anywhere will most probably be helped.  Negatives – you will have to show your home possibly during the holidays, which can be distracting and tough.  That said, with proper marketing, exposure and consulting, your home should be under contract and the pesky visits should stop or at least greatly reduce.
