Trust
Trust is so important to lube the wheels of life. Wouldn’t it be fantastic if you knew that every conversation was going to be complete and truthful?!
There is an implicit level of trust that is established when you place the call to us. You are curious enough to want to hear what we might have to say. I believe that you expect us to help guide you to a resolution for your garage door needs and most important, honesty in our communication with you.
Our communication includes asking you for the symptoms of the problem that you are calling about and asking questions to make sure we quote you the right price for the repair.
We hope that your communication with us will also be honest. Please don’t let us arrive with your original problem noted and discover that there is another, additional problem, which will cost a bit more to put back together. Also, if you make an appointment, write it down. When you call, we commit at least one hour and are driving to your house because you called us , and when we arrive you should be there. We’re taking the time to show up, and if you are not going to be there, communicate this to us. Tell us with whom we are to interact. We need communication from you too.
Honest communication both ways is vital to maintaining an excellent long term business relationship and an excellent life and we want everyone to have the best experience possible. We all work hard. Our job is to honestly communicate our charges and to be as thorough as possible. We love and respect our clients, they are awesome and we are grateful that they called in the first place. Thanks to all!
