Owner and pastry chef, Marni Singer, was formally educated at Johnson and Wales University in Providence, Rhode Island, which specializes in culinary arts. Trained for pastry competition, Marni is skilled in sculpting creative pastry masterpieces. She has plied her trade in such facilities as the Ritz Carlton in Laguna Niguel, Rancho Mirage and Kapalua, Maui, the Four Seasons Aviari in Carlsbad, and at Roy’s in Kahana, Maui, Hawaii.
