The name Jimmy Choo is unanimous with shoes, which is understandable, since Choo was born into a family of shoemakers. He made his first pair of shoes when he was 11 years old and opened his first workshop at age 25. His craftsmanship and design was noticed and recognized in an eight-page feature in Vogue Magazine in 1988. The ready-to-wear line expanded to include accessories such as handbags and now eyewear.
