“Inside every older person is a young person — wondering what the heck happened.”  Cora Harvey Armstrong

Water is 800 times more dense than air.  That means movements performed at an average speed in water meet with approximately 12 to 15 times as much resistance as similar movements performed in air.  What’s more, the harder you push in the water, the more the workout becomes intensified. Exercising in warm water is an exercise bargain—it helps you be a better you, stronger, healthier, and happier, feel the love.
