The New Year is here. With it comes hope, and a desire for renewal.  That is a little difficult when your home still has the fallen pine needles scattered around and there is leftover decorations and open presents in the family room. What to do?
Get a fresh start.
Start the year with Fresh Start fragrancing throughout your home and office space. The wonderful harvest and holiday scented candles have been burned, providing warmth and comfort all fall. Now it is time to move on to uplifting and fresh fragrances. Lets review a room-by-room approach. In the kitchen and family room area, it is still nice to have the lingering scent of cookies, cinnamon and coffee cake in the area. With the usual New Years resolution to lose weight after the holidays, this still provides the wonderful scent but no calories! In the living room area a fresh fragrance of Lavender Vanilla, Egyptian Cotton, Clean Crisp White or Earthly Embrace will introduce a breath of fresh air. For the bathroom, floral fragrances always are appropriate. And the bedroom can range from calming aromatherapy scents to rich, intoxicating fragrances, whatever your mood may be.

Remember that safety should always come first and a candle should never be lit in an unoccupied room. This is where the alternative flame-free options of reed diffusers or electric “melting” options such as candlewarmers, votive warmers, or wax warmers come into play.

And what to do with those empty or mostly-empty Yankee, Beanpod or Woodwick jars? Bring them into Candleman during our once-a-year “recycle” event from February 5 through 10 and get 25 percent off any jar candle from these brands in the same size or smaller. Let us take care of helping you clean up from the holidays, with special savings as a bonus!
