Tarrie uses her life experiences when choosing Santa Clarita’s best professionals. As a farmer’s daughter, she started working at a very young age and was exposed to some of the hardest working old school professionals around. This gave Tarrie the insight needed to seek out those who have good work ethics.
Though her family primarily made wine and Brandy, Tarrie remembers one year when they decided to take on the task of making raisins. As the raisins were laid to dry, it began to rain. Their whole crop was lost, but Tarrie’s family pulled together, rose above adversity and prospered. This gave Tarrie the insight on what it means to be truly dedicated.
You may know Tarrie from her business, Plantation Home & Garden, which she owned and operated for six years in Santa Clarita. Tarrie has served in the Henry Mayo Newhall Memorial Hospital Home Tour in 2005 and 2006, and was also chosen to decorate John Paul Mitchell’s company and prepare it for their grand opening in 2004. It was through the decorating side of her business that Tarrie saw the need to pull together a group of home improvement professionals to tackle any household task. Tarrie’s search for finding a reliable professional to join her team began with Joshua Abramson, President of A.Allbright Painting. Joshua is committed to providing his customers with exceptional craftsmanship, reliability and professionalism. Josh enthusiastically gives back to his community. His company just had their Fourth Annual Charity Giveaway, where they chose a Santa Clarita family and offered $7,500 worth of painting services to a deserving family.
Tarrie and Joshua have pulled together their ideas and beliefs of the qualities that it would take to develop a team of Santa Clarita’s top professionals. High standards are a must, and all companies must have proof of Contractor’s License, Workers Compensation, and Bond and Liability insurance. Businesses must also have a minimum of five years’ experience. A positive performance history with the Registrar of Contractors as well as with the Better Business Bureau is a must.
